Thanks for visiting the website of the Tenants Association at 739 Garland Ave in Los Angeles, California. There are 130 units in our building, and we are aiming to address issues facing tenants by organizing together instead of tackling them alone.

From December 2019, until early May 2020 for example, we did not have access to shared kitchens in our building. We believe this goes against the standard of living for Los Angeles, California.

We also believe there needs to be adjustments made to ensure proper sanitation for all in the midst of COVID-19. Sanitation includes hand sanitizer stations, and soap dispensers in the bathroom. As of now, none of those exist.

We aim to change that.
